Type of troops: Ground Forces, Air Force (except for naval aviation), coastal service, NKVD troops, border troops. Division: 119th Infantry Division (1st Formation). On May 30, 1941, he was drafted from the reserve of the 1st category by the Rybinsk (Krasnoyarsk Territory) Regional Military Commissariat, to the 119 personnel division, arrived at the front on July 1, 1941, the 119 division 421sp 3rd machine gun company, the first number of the heavy machine gun (in the area of Rzhev) North-Western Front. During heavy defensive battles, he received his first wound in the shoulder. Discharged from the hospital, sent to 232 separate reconnaissance company of the 54th army. In one of the raids on the KV-1 tank, they broke into the location of the Germans, captured three fascists and took them to the headquarters. Later he received a second wound. After recovering, he was sent to Leningrad, 142nd SD 588sp. First, they built fortifications: they dug tank-cuts, trenches. Then they returned to the regimental intelligence. During preparations for the offensive, the command set the reconnaissance missions to make passes through the fascist barbed wire. The task was completed, but the Germans discovered them and brought down mortar and machine gun fire. One of the mines exploded a few meters from the father, shrapnel tore off both hands. Lost a lot of blood, unconscious was picked up by orderlies and taken to a hospital in Leningrad. Then he was taken out by water from Leningrad to Ufa. Three fingers of the left hand (from the middle to the little finger) and the first phalanx of the fingers of the right hand were amputated. On November 30, 1942, he was discharged from the military register. He returned to his native village, restored the national economy: he was first the chairman of the collective farm, then the commissioner for grain procurement. In 1961, the family moved first to Zaozerny, and in 1963 to Krasnoyarsk-45, where dad worked as a storekeeper at the construction of the Electrochemical Plant. Later he moved to the same position in the city's motor transport company, where he worked until he retired. He died in 1982. He was buried in his native village.
