The Russian Society of Military History (RSMH), the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defense of Russia (CA MD RF), the Russian State Documentary Film and Photo Archive (RSDFPA), ROSPHOTO, the Multimedia Art Museum of Moscow (MAMM), the Russian Cultural Foundation and the Victory Museum (Moscow), proudly present a unique collection of photographs taken during the time of the Great Patriotic War.

The project is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory of the Soviet Union and is intended to convey to a wide audience the evidences of the unparalleled feat of the Soviet people, who defended the freedom and independence of their Motherland.
