Trinkman Anatoly Grigorievich
Trinkman Anatoly Grigorievich
Born on March 16, 1918 in Bryansk. In 1928, the village of Petrovskoye was relocated to the Dnepropetrovsk region. He graduated from 10 classes. On September 14, 1938, he was drafted into the Red Army. In 1941, he graduated from the Lieutenant courses in the Transbaikal Military District and was at the front from the first days of the war. The war ended in Germany, in Berlin. He was wounded three times, two of them seriously. Disabled person of the great Patriotic War of the 2nd group. He died on November 26, 1996. Married, 2 children (a son and a daughter), eldest grandson followed in the footsteps of his grandfather. To the award list about the Order of the Red Banner: “There were heavy rains and soil was scattered over the fields. He hit a big fascist car with a howitzer. It was deployed on the highway, and direct fire shot anyone who tried to clear the highway. And our troops were coming from behind. The Germans were trapped.” The division commander recommended that captain Trinkman would have been presented with the title Hero of the Soviet Union, but then because of his surname (German or Jewish), the presentation for awarding the Order of the Red Banner was replaced, and in the end one staff officer took his order, correcting the order number, so he was awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky. He told me that if an offensive was being prepared, the company foreman always gave the soldiers clean underwear, it was the law. He had adjutant Sasha Safarov, a Tatar young man. They fought together to the Victory (he was a desperate boy). On both of Sasha's hands, his index fingers were bitten until they bled, because he was standing up to guard the commander's sleep, and he put his finger in his mouth, and if he fell asleep, his teeth bit the finger, and he immediately woke up. So he gave his commander a rest. In general, his soldiers loved him very much, and they followed their commander into fire and water. His marriage was a legend: in August of 1945, after the hospital, he went to visit his relatives. On the train, he met a beautiful girl, he liked her, but she got off three stops before him. He waited for her at the station for a day when she would return to Dnepropetrovsk and went with her. So they met, the relations lasted just for two days, he made a proposal, but she did not agree. Then guards Captain Trinnkman took out his personal gun and said: either you marry me or you will be killed and I will commit a suicide. And my mother (she was 18 years old at the time) says: "I was young, scared, and agreed." They lived till the Golden wedding. He died in 1996.
