The 3rd Tank Army was formed in May 1942 in the Moscow Military District on the basis of the 58th Army, and was directly subordinate to the Supreme Command Headquarters. Further service of the Red Army soldier Kharlov N.P., continued in the anti-aircraft - machine gun company, 52nd Guards Tank Fastov Order of Lenin, twice Red Banner Orders of Suvorov and Bogdan Khmelnitsky Brigade.
