Egorov Frol Kondratievich
Rank: Senior Sergeant. Egorov Frol Kondratyevich disappeared in the Great Patriotic War. Born in 1906 in the village of Starodomoseikino, Sok-Karmalinsky District, Chkalovsk (now Orenburg) Region. Before the war, he graduated from the police school No. 6 in Chkalov (now Orenburg) and worked in the police in the village of Sok - Karmala (now the village of Severnoye). According to the stories of his wife, Anna Yakovlevna, he was a member of the NKVD. But despite the reservation, on August 16, 1942, he volunteered for the front. Presumably disappeared near Stalingrad in 1943. First, mine was sent to the Aktobe Infantry School, from where he was sent to Stalingrad. The battle of Stalingrad was one of the most decisive and bloody. The enemy was eager to reach the capital of our Motherland - Moscow, but Stalingrad stood in his way, so everyone who knew how to hold weapons in their hands volunteered for the front. Among them was my great-grandfather. The battles were fierce. Our soldiers fought for life and death. According to the stories of Anisimova (Egorova) Lilia Frolovna, letters from the front rarely came, but each one worried about them and about his wife. “This war will be cruel and bloody. Not everyone will be saved in this war. Stay in the village of Starodomoseikino, as it is located deep in the rear, in the forest zone - it will be easier to survive there. Take care of yourself and our children, ”he wrote. Frol Kondratyevich took part in many battles. On December 9, 1942, the last letter came from the front, but even after that Anna continued to wait, because she loved him very much and believed that her husband would return. Even when she received a notification that Senior Sergeant Yegorov had gone missing on February 6, 1943, the hope of his return did not leave her. Until the last day of her life, she remained faithful to him and tried to find out at least something about his fate. Many years after the war, a fellow soldier came to the village. He said that Frol Kondratyevich's company was on the front line. In one of the fierce battles Frol Kondratyevich, raising the fighters to attack, shouted: "Communists, go ahead!" The soldiers rushed after him, repelling attack after attack. During this battle, Frol Kondratyevich received a severe shrapnel wound in the stomach. The soldiers dragged him into the funnel, while they themselves continued to hold the defense. The battle lasted several hours. The forces were unequal. The Germans launched a tank attack. Suffering heavy losses, our soldiers fought to the last bullet. Only a few survived. The attack was repulsed. After the battle, the comrades returned to collect the wounded and bury the dead. They also looked for their commander, but they did not find him either among the dead or among the wounded. One has only to guess that in the terrible crucible of this "meat grinder" both the dead and the living were either simply crushed by tanks or destroyed by explosions, which is probably why their bodies were not found. Single-handedly raised four children. She had the courage to survive the death of her husband and four siblings. In 2011, new circumstances opened up. Egorov F.K. was sent from Stalingrad to Voronezh, tk. part of it was broken. When investigating the combat path of Frol Kondratyevich, it turned out that he was presumably missing on the border of Russia and Ukraine.
