Kruglikov Abram Borisovich was born on August 2, 1920 in the town of Pochep in the Bryansk region. In 1939 he graduated from the grammar school No. 47. From 1939 to 1941 he studied at the Higher Caspian Naval School in Baku. In 1939 he joined the Red Army. From June 1941 to May 1945 he fought on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War and served in the mortar units of the active Red Army. 1941-1942- Sergeant, Commander of the mortar crew in the 45th Naval Brigade. 1942-1943 Sergeant, Commander of the mortar crew in the 308th Rifle Division. From 1943 until the end of the war, he served as commander of the mortar crew of the 258th mortar regiment of the 28th mortar brigade of the 23rd Krasnoselskaya Red Banner Artillery Breakthrough Division. He ended the war with the rank of a sergeant major. Awarded with the Medal "For Military Merit", the Medal "For Courage" and the Medals "For Defense of Leningrad" and "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945". After the end of the war he worked for two years as a mechanic in the mechanical repair shop of the Ministry of Forestry Industry of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1947 he entered the Kiev State Institute of Theatrical Art named after I.K. Karpenko-Kary (department of film engineers). He completed his studies in 1952 with distinction. In 1953 he moved to the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur in the Khabarovsk region at the invitation of the directorate of the plant ERA. In 1953 he started to work at the ERA plant as a master of electrical works. From 1957 to 1988 he worked as the chief technologist, was the head of the technical and design department of the plant ERA. In 1985 he was awarded the Order "Decoration of Honor" and in honor of the 40th anniversary of the Victory the Order "Patriotic War I" (only nine government awards). In 1988 he took a well-deserved break. From 1988 to 1991 he continued to work in the construction company "SU No. 1 Stroitrest No. 6" in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur as a technical employee.
