Saenko, Dmitry Maksimovich Dmitry Maksimovich Saenko was born on November 8, 1917, in the village of Novo-Nikolaevka in the Anzhero-Sudzhensky district of the West Siberian Territory. He worked served in the army in1927. Together with his younger brother Vasily he ran away from home to Lesopoval, where they began to live and work until 1930. At the same time, they graduated from the General Education school (primary school for working young people) in 1933. In September 1938, Dmitry was drafted into the Red Army (Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army) for active military service, from where he was demobilized in 1940 and returned to the working village of Yaya, Kemerovo region of the USSR. In 1940, on December 30, he was hired as a driver of a locomobile of Lespromkhoz No. 1 in The Department of the North Kuzbass correctional labor camp (ITL) of the MU (Sevkuzbasslag) in the village. Yaya (mailbox no. VG-391). In 1941, in September, he was called up to the front in connection with the beginning of the Second World War. In the period from 1941 to 1945, he fought on several fronts in the USSR and Europe. In 1942, in January, he was captured and sentenced to death in Babi Yar (a place in the North-Western part of Kiev, between the districts of Lukyanovka and Syrets). At the very last moment of execution, due to the sudden strong whistle of a shell that scared everyone, including the Germans, he managed to escape (after that, he could not stand the whistle all his life), but he did not manage to escape from the encirclement on the territory of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1943, after the liberation of Ukraine from fascist invaders by the Soviet Army continued to fight in 292 ASAD BOS RK CODF (Aeparate Anti-Aircraft Artillery Division of the Coastal detachment Accompanying River Ships of the Red Banner Dnipro MilitaryFlotilla of the order of Ushakov of the 1st class) as a cook. On June 3, 1971, he worked as a blacksmith and coppersmith of the 4th category (electric welder) SU-904 of the Tyumendorstroy Trust under the Glavdorstroy of the Ministry of Transport Construction of the USSR in Surgut. 28 March 1972 became a man (a welder) level 3 in Road-construction Department No. 1 Production Department of the Construction and operation of highways at the Council of Ministers Tuva, Kyzyl. On August 1, 1972, he became an electric welder of the 5th category at the motor Depot No. 92, Moscow. Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk national district, in October 1972 was transferred to the Repair and Mechanical Workshops by a hand-forged blacksmith of the 4th category, where in December he received the 6th category (highest). On May 9, 1972, he was awarded a valuable gift. On November 11, 1977, he retired upon reaching the retirement age (60 years) on June 3, 1978, he was employed as a machinist at the water pump station of the UN-1612/37 Department Of internal Affairs of the Executive Committee of the Kemerovo regional Council (Yaya village) 1978-1979-1980 from October to may (heating season), he worked as a Stoker at the Yaysky district combine. 1984-1988 every year from October to April, he worked as a Stoker of the Yaysky Heat Point (RTP)in 1986, on August 21, he was hired as a watchman at the Yaysky Grain receiving enterprise. Dmitry Maksimovich owned a motorcycle Ural IMZ-8.103.10 (with a sidecar), which he loved to go fishing (the Golden Kitat river) and to the forest to collect mushrooms, berries, pine cones (for winter preparations). Once I was in a serious accident when I hit a bus with my left foot. When the leg did not heal for a long time and began to rot, he went to Prokopyevsk, where he had an operation, putting one of the first devices of G. A. Ilizarov. Dmitry Maksimovich was also known for making the best felt boots in the region – white with a red pattern, they were called "chesanki", because the wool was scratched so that it became thin and soft after the rink. He died on June 25, 1990, at the age of 72 from a heart attack. He was buried in the cemetery (near the railway station) in the working village of Yaya, Kemerovo region of the Russian Federation.
