Sandzhieva (Kolechits) Leocadia ALeksandrovna
Leokadia Alexandrovna was born on January 22, 1925 in the village of Bobrovka in Dzerzhinsk district of Minsk region in Belarus. Her maiden name was Kolechits. The family was ordinary, from an early age she had to do hard peasant labor. Before the war, she studied at school in Vitebsk, where she lived with a family of her relatives. Since the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the entire territory of the Belarusian SSR was occupied by German troops. The invaders also came to the village of Kolodishchi in Minsk region, where the family of Leokadia Alexandrovna lived at that time. She had to go through a lot then – bombing, hunger, cold and all the hardships of the German occupation. Fleeing from the Germans and from being hijacked to Germany, people went to the partisan detachments as whole families. So, Leokadia Alexandrovna, along with her parents and younger brother, got into the partisan detachment "Hurricane", which was part of the partisan brigade "For Soviet Belarus" and operated on the territory of the Minsk region until June 1944. Now in these places there is the international airport "Minsk". She was 17 years old at the time. The young partisan was a partisan liaison, went to the occupied villages, thanks to a good knowledge of the German language had to be a translator, miraculously managed to escape from the dungeons of the Gestapo. For her exploits during the war, L. A. Sanjieva was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War of the second class and several medals. After the end of the war, Leokadia participated in the restoration of Minsk, which had been destroyed by the Nazis, in 1945. She entered preparatory courses of the Belarusian State University and graduated from the faculty of Philology of BSU in 1952. Since 1951, she worked as a teacher of the Belarusian language and literature at the Kolodishchenskaya secondary school in the Minsk region, and since 1954 - at the Minsk higher engineering anti-aircraft missile school. In Minsk, she met Nikita Amoldanovich Sanjiev, who was then working and studying there, married him, and in 1959 moved with him to Elista. While living in Kalmykia, from 1963 to 1969 she worked as an editor of the music broadcasting of the Kalmyk radio Committee. In November 1969, Leokadia Alexandrovna came to work at the Kalmyk state pedagogical Institute. She started as a laboratory assistant at the Department of pedagogy and psychology, gave a course of lectures at the faculty of Philology, for several years was the Executive Secretary of the admissions Committee, and in the mid-70s moved to the library of KSU, where she worked until retirement. In her memoirs, Bukina E. E., who worked in the 60-70s, is the head of the Department. of pedagogy and psychology, says that Leokadia Alexandrovna made a significant contribution to the work of the Department and always showed a sincere interest in its work. This is a rare kindness and responsiveness person. Nowadays she lives in Moscow. Before us there is an image of a kind and sympathetic woman. She looked like a very delicate, fragile creature who needed protection, but in those terrible war years, she had to defend her Homeland to save the lives of future generations. War is not a woman's business, but it largely determined the fate of Leokadia Alexandrovna, as well as many thousands of other girls. Again and again we repeat their names and say: "Thank you for Winning!"
