Povolnova Maria Aksenovna
Povolnova Maria Aksenovna ( worker in the rear) was born on August 21, 1920 in the Saratov region of the Bazarno-Karabulak district in the working village of Khvatovka. The family had seven children. Throughout the war she lived in Khvatovka, and from 1936 to 1955 she worked at the Khvatov glass factory as a blower. Husband Povolnov Petr Pavlovich, born in 1921, was the participant of the Great Patriotic War and died on May 23, 1976. In 2000 she was awarded the "Home Front Worker" medal for heroic and selfless labor during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. On January 16, 2006 she received a certificate of a participant in the Great Patriotic War. She died on November 20, 2006.
