Obsharova Elizaveta Andreevna Obsharova Elizaveta Andreevna was born in 1909 in Sevastopol. Since 1939 she was a chairman of the street committee. In 1941 she actively participated in the construction of fortifications and fundraising for the defense fund. From December 1941 until the end of the defense she worked at the special plant No. 1 as an assistant worker for the production of mortars. In the postwar years, she took part in the restoration of Sevastopol.
