Pupkova Zoya Vladimirovna
She was born in the village of Shchetkino, Pizhansky district, Kirov region. She graduated from the 4th grade of the Pizhansk secondary school. Until the age of 17 she worked on a collective farm. From the age of 17 she worked as a postman and sorter at the post office. There were not enough workers, they had to work regardless of time. They left for work early and worked without days off and holidays. Mail was carried on horses from the cities of Sovetsk and Yaransk, in large trunks and leather bags. Zoya Vladimirovna worked at the post office for many years and in 1975 she retired. She was awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945" and anniversary medals.
