He was born in a peasant family. Tatar. Graduated from 4th grade. He worked as a foreman at the collective farm "Kyzyl-Bulyak" in Dyurtyulinsky district. In 1936-38, he did active military service in the Red Army and was an artillery commander. Upon his return to his native village, he was elected chairman of the Kyzyl-Bulyak collective farm. In August 1941, Dyurtyulinsky District Military Committee of Bashkir ASSR again recruited him into the Red Army. In battles of the Great Patriotic War since August 1941 he fought at the Kalinin, Steppe, 1st and 4th Ukrainian Fronts. In 623rd Artillery Regiment, in the ranks of which he fought from Moscow to Prague, was considered a master of precision artillery fire. He was a member of the CPSU since 1942. Gun commander of the 3rd Battery of the 623rd Artillery Regiment (183rd Infantry Division, 38th Army, 1st Ukrainian Front), sergeant Z.Z. Zaripov on March 19-20, 1944, in the battles for the city of Vinnitsa - the regional center of Vinnitsa region of Ukraine, commanding the gun crew, hit seven enemy fire points and a large number of soldiers. For courage and bravery shown in the battles, on April 29, 1944 sergeant Zaripov Zinur Zaripovich was awarded the Order of Glory 3rd degree (№ 41845). On July 25-27, 1944, in the battles for the ancient Ukrainian city of Lviv - the regional center of the Lviv region, sergeant Zinur Zaripovich suppressed five enemy guns, two mortars, four jets, smashed eight observation points, and destroyed a lot of enemy life. For courage and bravery shown in battles, on October 21, 1944 sergeant Zaripov Zinur Zaripovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree (№ 9796). On February 12-13, 1945, sergeant Zaripov Z.Z., commander of the gun of the 3rd Battery of the 623rd Artillery Regiment (183rd Rifle Division, 38th Army, 4th Ukrainian Front), in the battles near the Polish town of Strumen, when repulsing the enemy's tanks and infantry counterattack, disabled the enemy guns. Commander of the crew, for three days, he held back the onslaught of the enemy, killing more than twenty fascist soldiers and officers. By the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on June 29, 1945, sergeant Zaripov Zinur Zaripovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree (№ 1744) for exemplary performance of command tasks in battles with the Nazi invaders, becoming a full knight of the Order of Glory. In 1945 Sergeant Zaripov Z.Z. was demobilized. He returned to his native places. He worked in the collective farm "Kyzyl-Bulyak", Durutulinsky rayon: chairman of the collective farm, deputy chairman, head of the farm. He died on July 11, 1995. He was buried in Ismayilovo village of Durtyulinsky rayon, Bashkiria. He was awarded with Orders of Patriotic War of the 1st degree, Glory of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree, medals. In March 1942, the Red Army man, DUBROVIN FEDOR ILLYCH, after being wounded, treated and a reserve regiment was sent for further service in 183 Rifle Division, 623 artillery regiment, which held the defense of northeast Rzhev, in the 29th Army.
