Born on May 11, 1925 in the Moscow region and lived there until 1942. On September 15, 1942, he was drafted by the Voroshilov District Military Commissariat of the city of Saratov to serve in the ranks of the Red Army. From November 1, 1942, he took part in the Patriotic War as a sub machine gunner of a company of machine gunners of the 1260 Rifle Regiment of the 380 Rifle Red Banner Oryol division, went through the entire war from Moscow to Berlin. During the war, he was wounded and wounded twice in the legs. In March 1944, he was wounded a second time in the leg in an offensive battle for the Kvadratnaya grove near the village of Krasnitsa, Bykhovsky district, Mogilev region, after which he was nominated for the Red Star order. Extract from the award list: “Comrade Sineev Vladimir Sergeevich in the offensive battles since March 26, 1944 for the Kvadratnaya grove near the village of Krasnitsa, Bykhov district, Mogilev region, acted boldly and decisively. One of the first to break into the enemy's trenches and skillfully acting with his personal weapon, he silenced the enemy's machine-gun point, which hindered the advance of our infantry. Comrade V.S. Sineev in that battle he personally destroyed six German soldiers, was lightly wounded, but did not leave the battlefield, continuing to smash the sworn enemy. Comrade V.S. Sineev worthy of the state award of the Order of the Red Star. He went through the entire war and in the spring of 1945 he met Victory Day in Berlin, where he was left by the command to serve until demobilization (delivered secret mail). Three years later he was demobilized as a Senior Sergeant and returned to his hometown. Then fate decreed that he came to live in the Caucasus. Where he met his wife, with whom they lived for 41 years. He died on May 30, 2001. He had many awards, some of which were: the medal "For Courage", the medal "For the capture of Berlin", and was also awarded the Order of the Red Star and the Order of the Patriotic War of the II degree.
