Peter Andreevich was born in 1903 in the village of Gubino, Shigon district, Kuibyshev region in a large peasant family: sister Matrona was born in 1896 and five brothers (together with his father): Andrei (1905), Nikolai (1910), Ivan (1917) and Boris (1920). All brothers were participants of the Great Patriotic War, two of them were killed: their father and Boris. According to Pelageya Kuzminichna Kisurina (born in 1908), P.A. Kisurin had incomplete secondary education (8 or 9 grades). In the 20s, he worked as a timekeeper, then as a standard-bearer in the track service of the Syzran branch of the Kuibyshevskaya railway. In 1931 at the invitation of a family friend he moved with his family to Kuznetsk, where he was soon provided with housing (railway barrack). He worked as a railroad foreman. Before the war, he worked for about two years as an authorized logging station attendant. According to his wife, P. A. Kisurin systematically read newspapers and led a sober life (neither drinking nor smoking), but his health was not great. He joined the Communist Party of the Soviet Union at the front. Unfortunately, she never found out where her husband died. Until May 1946, P.K. Kisurina was waiting for her husband, she did not receive any allowance for children, because his fate was unknown. She did not marry until the end of her life, she died in 1991. Unfortunately, the letters from the front were not preserved, and the war photo was absent at all. He was supposedly killed in September 1944 in Poland, near the town of Augustow, and buried in the village Ostrołęka. According to the memories of the grandfather and brothers in one of the letters, that were not preserved, his father wrote about the battles of Stalingrad. But there is no exact information about his combat path.
