February 1943 - June 1944 - Commander of an Assault Rifle Company. June 1944 - July 1944 - treatment in hospital. July 1944 - January 1945 - Commander of Rifle Company. October 9, 1944 - awarded the rank of Senior Lieutenant. January 26, 1945 - April 1945 - treatment in hospital.. August 7, 1945 - transferred to the reserve. _x000D_ He fought on the Leningrad Front from August 1941, on the 2nd Belorussian Front from October 13, 1944. Awarded with: the Order of the Red Star, the medal "For the Defense of Leningrad", the medal "For the victory over Germany." Senior Lieutenant P. N. Parfeniev on the Korel Isthmus he commanded a Rifle Company. _x000D_ He conducted a contact reconnaissance for the height of 123.2 in the area of Lake Lembolovsky. The height was taken. The enemy decided to restore the situation and launched a counterattack. Under the leadership of Comrade Parfenyev, four counterattacks were repulsed. In this battle, Comrade Parfeniev personally killed five Finns from a machine gun. Eleven Finnish soldiers and one officer were taken prisoner. Senior Lieutenant Pavel Nikolayevich Parfeniev is a participant in numerous battles for the liberation of this country. He returned to the battlefield after a third severe wound and was distinguished by the Order of the Red Star.
