Victor Evdokimov, born on February 7, 1922. When the Great Patriotic War began, he was only 19 years old and was drafted into the army. In 1942 he graduated from a tank school in Kopeysk, Chelyabinsk region, and was sent to the front. He was a senior mechanical technician on the heavy IS (Joseph Stalin) tank. He burned six times in the tank, was contoured and injured twice. He went through the entire war and reached Berlin, leaving his signature on the Reichstag, where it was written "And we are from Penza...". He returned from the war in 1946. Awards: "First Class Domestic War", "Second Class Domestic War" orders, jubilee awards, a lot of award lists. Died May 4, 1992.
