Ivanishin Nikolay Dmitrievich
Rank: Red Army. Division: 297th Infantry Division (1st Formation). Ivanishin Nikolay Dmitrievich born in 1912. Was born in the Oryol region of the Soskovsky district, the village of Korovye bog. In 1935 he married my great-grandmother Ivanishina (Golyzhenkova) Anna Ivanovna. In 1937, they had a daughter, Maria, and already in 1939, their great-grandfather left for Finnish. He worked in the editorial office and went to the front in the military editorial office. But, having got to the front, he took a gun and stood in line. He had excellent abilities in the Russian language and literature. He possessed innate literacy, was very fond of literature, and painted beautifully. Until now, his gift for the fine arts is passed on to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. After the Finnish War, he came in 1940. In 1939 my grandmother Nina was born to him. He left for the Great Patriotic War from the first days, leaving his pregnant wife with two children at home. He went to the western front as a private infantry! And he went through the whole war before reaching victory 2 months !!! In 1944 he was wounded and sent to the Urals in Solikamsk for treatment. During the war, by chance, their formation stood on the border with his native village. There was an enemy in his home at that moment. He went to his family in secret. The village learned about this and the policemen reported that there were Soviet soldiers in the village. He and several of his comrades were hiding in the basement of a house. The Germans made a decision to put gas there. While they were training, the women, on pain of death, led the soldiers out of the basement. The Nazis let gas into an already empty basement. Nikolai Dmitrievich died in Hungary. He was buried in a mass grave: Hungary, Warm. Fejer, village Telki, western outskirts. His wife Ivanishina Anna Ivanovna never got married. She brought up and raised three children, 2 daughters and a son, whom she named after her father Nikolai! In our family, 2 more of his grandsons called after our grandfather. Eternal memory and glory to the hero !!!!
