On April 14, 1945, we arrived in Landsberg. On April 28, 1945 arrived in Strausberg, 30 km from Berlin. On May 25, 1945 in Berlin stayed at the southern outskirts, next to the aircraft factory (Adlerhof). In October, we went to the north of Germany, to the Danish border, and then home. It was rather long but glorious way from the walls of Voronezh to the gates of Berlin.
