Petrovichev Grigory Kondratievich

Name: Petrovichev Grigory Kondratievich SURNAME: p. first NAME: Gregory middle name: Kondratievich CITY: Tatar ASSR, Tetyushsky district, D. Laishevo DATE of BIRTH: 20.08.1912 DATE of DEATH: 16.10.1997 HISTORY: Title: Red army soldier. Branch of service: army corps of engineers. Heroes are not born, they become heroes! Yes, my great-grandfather was a real fighter! I want to introduce you to my great-grandfather Grigory Kondratyevich Petrovichev. He fought in two wars and came back alive. My great-grandfather before the war was an ordinary average person. Grigory was born on August 20, 1912. He worked in an orphanage, at a factory, and was also a first-class stove maker. My grandfather Anatoly was his apprentice. From all the surrounding villages, he was invited to work, because the best master in the whole area could not be found. Before 1939, he had one daughter and a son, and it was only after the war that my grandfather and three other children were born. They all lived in the village of Laishevo, and then in the village of Sheremetyevo. Grigory's wife, my great-grandmother, was named Maria. ,The first time my great-grandfather was taken to the war in 1939, to fight with the Finns, and when he returned from the war, on June 27, 1941, he was again taken to the front – to fight with the Nazis. In the war, he received 5 wounds. He fought at Moscow and Volokolamsk. After receiving a concussion, in 1943, my great-grandfather returned home, so he did not fight in the Japanese war. Great-grandfather fought heroically, was awarded orders and medals for bravery, fortitude and courage shown in the fight against the Nazi invaders. Today, my great-grandfather is dead. He died in 1997, but in the family archive there are his documents from the war and photos, and in the memories of his parents-his stories about the war. My great-grandfather was an ordinary man before the war, but he returned a hero of his country!
