Buyatov Pavel was born in the village Upper Yushads of Menzelinsky District in 1899. Before the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, he worked as a blacksmith on the collective farm "January 9" in the village of Verkhnyye Yushady, Menzelinsky District. Called up for war by the Menzelinsky District Military Commissariate in 1941. After a serious injury, he was commissioned and sent to Menzelinsk to work at the restoration of an alcohol cleaning plant in 1942. He worked there until 1946. Simultaneously with work at the defense enterprise since 1942, during the Great Patriotic War and post-war years, he worked as a people's assessor of the city court of Menzelinsk. He worked as a blacksmith on the collective farm "January 9" in the village of Verkhnyye Yushady since 1947. Bulatov Pavel Ivanovich passed away in April 1955 because of his wounds. His eldest son - Vyacheslav Buytov, born in 1923, the participant of the Great Patriotic War, was awarded Medals For the Defense of Stalingrad, For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945, For the Capture of Berlin, For Military Merit, Order of the Patriotic War 2nd degree, medals of the jubilee of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.The eldest daughter - Maria Buytova, born in 1926, a home front worker, was awarded the Medal For valiant and Selfless Work during the Great Patriotic War, Veteran of Labor and jubilee medals of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Youngest son – Gennadiy Buytov, born in 1932, 23 years served in internal troops of Ministry of Interior of the USSR, awarded medals: For Valorous Work. In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of V. Lenin, For Faultless Service 3rd degrees, 2nd degrees, 1st degree; the badge Excellent Serviceman of Militia; medal of the Russian Interior Ministry 200 years of the Ministry of Interior of Russia.
