Drafted in 1942 by Konoshskiy RVC; Lieutenant, platoon commander of 45 mm cannons 171 infantry regiment within 182 Dnovskiy infantry division of artillery at 2nd Baltic front. On December 9, 1943, he was awarded the order of the Red Star - during his military servive within the battery comrade Borisenko showed himself to be disciplined, demanding of himself and his subordinates. He works hard to improve his military knowledge and skillfully passes it on to his subordinates. The platoon's military equipment is always kept in perfect order and combat readiness. Borisenko daily deals with the personnel of the platoon, improving military equipment and training the soldiers. Borisenko participated in the offensive battles at Penna and Goroshkov. While on the defensive, the platoon of comrade Borisenko smashed 7 Bunkers, 3 residential dugouts, 1 observation post, up to 30 meters of rubble and more than 10 enemy soldiers with direct fire. During 4-day training courses comrade Borysenko has shown excellent results for shooting. On January 7, 1944, he was awarded the order of Bravery; on December 9, 1943, the order of the Red Star; on April 14, 1944 – by the order of the Patriotic War II degree. During the battles against nazi invaders for the village of Seredkino-Slepni, he was advancing with the infantry platoon and by the direct fire of his platoon that was on for 4 days of fighting destroyed 5 enemy machine guns, broke a stone wall and killed up to 20 German soldiers and officers of the enemy. Together with the infantry and with his guns, he broke into the village, which ensured the consolidation of the front line. During all offensive battles of the regiment, the platoon of comrade Borisenko acted well, destroying by its direct fire enemy's manpower and equipment, breaking its defenses. He passed away on August 27, 1944, and was buried in the Latvian SSR, at the village of Mezhakas, Saunaka region, Daugavpils district.
