My parents are Samarin Tikhon Vasilievich and mother Samarina Evdokia Mikhailovna. In 1936, I went to study at the Olkhovsk National Assembly School and graduated from the 7th grade. In the summer of 1940, a system of labor reserves was organized, at that time I left for Moscow to the 14th vocational School at the Kolibr plant, where I had studied until the fall of 1941. _x000D_ In 1941, our School was evacuated to the Urals in the city of Nizhny Tagil to the 15th vocational School, where I finished my studies. Then we were sent to Leningrad, from there to Molotov in the Urals, to the Naval Aviation Technical School. _x000D_ Due to the low level of education it was hard to study, I was expelled and sent to the Molotov depot, and from the depot I was sent to one of the combat units to the front as an anti-tank gunner, where I was wounded in the left side.
