The elder brother went to the front and disappeared without a trace. The Isakovs' grandfather's family (parents, brothers and sister) lived in Kazakhstan. Graduated from the Krasnodar Artillery and Mortar School, Kushka. He fought during the war, consisting of: 298 mines 35 minbr 31 Aerodrom Control RGK 60 A. (Ukrainian Front - Poland - Germany - Czechoslovakia - Hungary). 01/12/1945 accomplished a feat, for which he was awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky. Then he was in the rank of ml. lieutenant. According to the documents: on January 12, 1945, during the actions of the forward reconnaissance battalion, being in the front lines of the infantry, by his skillful action in controlling the battery fire, he ensured the capture of the front lines of the enemy trenches. He showed courage and courage. Being twice wounded, he did not leave the battlefield, he continued to control the fire of his battery. Grandfather was awarded medals. Unfortunately, all awards have been stolen. There were about 15 medals, except for the Order of Nevsky and a dagger. The dagger survived in the family. In the postwar years, my grandfather continued to serve in the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. From 1943 to 1972 - served in the Soviet Army and the Internal Troops of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. Dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs troops for retirement, by length of service, with the right to wear military uniforms, reserve lieutenant colonel, 3rd grade. The last position was deputy commander of unit 6505 of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. Member of the CPSU No. 07371784 since 1948. In retirement, for several more years, he continued to work in the branch of the CPSU, on a voluntary basis. Grandfather in life was a very kind, sincere, pleasant person. In 1950 in Dolinka, my grandfather met his grandmother Belova Nina Vasilievna. They got married and gave birth to two sons - Alexander and Alexei. We moved to the city of Karaganda, where they lived all their lives. They lived very amicably. Grandpa was an avid fisherman and hunter. The whole region knew him. Throughout my life, I have not heard from him not one swearing or rude word. He was very much loved and respected not only by his friends and colleagues, but also by his subordinates and local residents. With Kazakh elders, grandfather was on friendly terms. In the villages he was greeted cordially, treated as a particularly respected person. Grandfather Oleg died: 05/18/1989. A lot of people came to the funeral, about 200 people.
