Kuandykov Prali Zharylkasynov was born in the village of Angar-ATA, Kemekalgan rural area of Tolebi rural district. His military rank was rivate-gunner. He was drafted into Red Army by the Chimkent city military Commissariat in 1942. Was sent to the front within the reserve of Commander-in-Chief of the 87th heavy howitzer Destruction Artillery Brigade, 6th Guards Artillery Penetration Division, 5th Artillery Penetration Corps as a gun number included in the gun unit and performing the duties of preparing and conducting artillery firing. At the fronts of World War II, he participated in the Oryol offensive operation, the Bryansk offensive operation, launched an offensive in the Vitebsk-Polotsk direction, took part in the Riga operation, fought to destroy the Kurland enemy group, and also took part in the Manchuria operation in the Khingan-Mukden direction, having liberated the territory of Manchuria and North Korea. He was wounded in the left leg, but the bullet was never taken out. After the war, he returned to his Homeland. In the years of virgin lands development he lived in his native village of Angar-Ata and was a postman of this village until retirement. His wife, Kuldan Kuandykova, was born March 8, 1925 and passed away July1, 2015 was a kindergarten teacher until retirement. She had many awards for her work and she was a mother-heroine with 10 sons and daughters In its turn she became the grandmother of about a hundred grandchildren. Kuandykov P. Zh. was awarded orders and medals for military services, including "For Courage", "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", "For the Victory over Japan" and Order of the Patriotic war II degree as well as jubilee ones.
