Batov Alexey Silaevich

Alex Silevich was born in 1909 in the village of Dubrovo Lower Prechistenskaya district of Smolensk region. He was awarded the medals "for labor valor", "for valiant labor in the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945". From 1926 to 1929, he worked as a courier, clerk of the people's court of the Prechistensky district of the Smolensk region. In 1929, Alexey Silayevich worked as a Secretary of the people's court of the Andreevsky district of the Alma-ATA region. In the same year, he was elected people's judge of the Andreevsky and Lepsinsky districts of the Alma-ATA region and served in this position until 1931. From 1931 to 1932 – people's investigator, and then acting Prosecutor of the Kalininsky district of the Alma-ATA region. In 1933, he graduated from the Kazan Institute of Soviet law in Kazan, Tatar ASSR. From 1933 to 1935, he worked as a people's judge of the Dubrovsky and Rognedinsky districts of the Bryansk region, from 1935 to 1937 – as an instructor of the regional court of Kalinin, from 1937 to 1938-as a people's judge of the 1st precinct, the Central district of Kalinin. From 1938 to 1940, he worked as an auditor of the people's Commissariat Of Justice of the Kalinin region.In 1940, Alexey Silayevich was appointed Chairman of the Sakhalin regional court. From 1946 to 1948, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Supreme court of the Kabardian ASSR. In 1948, A. S. Batov was appointed Chairman of the Kemerovo regional court. After being dismissed in 1953, he worked as a lawyer at the Central legal consultation in Kemerovo, and then in 1954 was appointed to the position of Deputy Prosecutor of the Kemerovo region.
