The photo was taken in Moscow. In the first row, the far right is D.N. Medvedev. Born in Bezhitsa (now the Bezhitsky district of Bryansk), Dmitry Medvedev has become a legend since his lifetime: the famous Chekist and scout, the commander of the famous guerrilla units of the separate motorized rifle brigade of special purpose of the NKVD, writer, Hero of the Soviet Union. From August 1941 to January 1942, D. N. Medvedev headed the opera house "Mitya". In September 1941 the detachment was thrown into the enemy's rear and operated in the current Smolensk, Bryansk and Mogilev regions.
