Village Maltsevka (currently does not exist, it was located on the territory of the present Suzemsky district of the Bryansk region). On April 25, 1942, a meeting of the leaders of the partisan movement was held in Maltsevka, which unanimously supported the decision to create united detachments of the southern massif of the Bryansk forests. In April 1942, the Oryol Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and the Military Council of the Bryansk Front established the Headquarters of the united partisan detachments of the southern and southwestern regions of the Oryol region. Dmitry Vasilyevich Emlyutin was appointed commander of the united partisan detachments, Aleksey Dmitrievich Bondarenko was appointed commissar (later awarded with the title of Hero of the Soviet Union)"
