At the end of the Great Patriotic War, voivodsky P. G. took part in the East Prussian operation in 1945. For many years, he recalled the high fortress walls of Konigsberg, the desperate resistance of the fascists, how hard it was to go into battle and how terrible it was to die in the last days of the war.
