After graduating from the 7th grade of the Grigorievskaya Secondary School, before being drafted into the Soviet army, he worked as a tractor driver on a T-2g gas generator in the Grigorievskaya MTS. On November 13, 1943, grandfather was drafted into service and he was in a training Regiment in the Tyumen Region in an anti-tank Battalion. After graduating from the training Regiment, my grandfather was awarded the title "Sergeant of the Soviet Army". _x000D_ After completing his studies, he was transferred to the city of Kazan, stayed there for 2 months in the western Regiment, and was sent to the marching company to the front on July 27, 1944, where there were battles for the liberation of Belarus and Baltic states. Having traveled nineteen days in echelon, he was delivered to the city of Bialystok and was taken to the city of Bialystok and was enlisted in an anti-tank platoon of the anti-tank defense of the 3rd Battalion of the 669th Infantry Regiment of the 212nd Krichevskaya Red Banner Order of Kutuzov, Order of Suvorov, 2nd degree Division, 80 corps 61 Army, attached to the 1st Belorussian Front. _x000D_ He entered the front line on August 15, 1944, in Latvia and participated in the offensive from the city of Pskov to the city of Riga. There, repelling enemy tank counterattacks, the gunner of the 45-mm gun Sergeant Sludyanin fought heroically. For the destroyed tanks and self-propelled guns, he was awarded the medal "For Courage" and the gratitude of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Comrade Stalin. _x000D_ Then he participated in the destruction of the German grouping on the Kurland Peninsula near the town of Libava "Lipeya". Then he was transferred to Poland near the city of Warsaw on the foot strong of the Vistula river. He went with offensive battles from January 12, 1945 through Poland to Germany. He fought from the Vistula to the Oder River. _x000D_ Near the city of Seidenberg, 8 kilometers away from the Oder River on the east side, during a tank attack, he was wounded on February 10, 1945 by a shell burst in the neck and knee of his right leg. It was unlucky, because Berlin was only 70 km away. For those battles, my grandfather was awarded the Order of Glory III degree, the Order of the Patriotic War II degree. _x000D_ After being wounded, the grandfather was taken to the medical company of his regiment from there to the Medical Battalion onward to the army hospital in the city of Seidenberg. After he was taken to the city of Lodz, to the front-line hospital, where on March 2, 1945, an operation was performed in the knee joint of the right leg and a plaster cast was applied to it. On April 7, 1945, he was sent to Russia and taken to the hospital in Chapaevsk Kuibyshev Region.
