Ramazanov Sultanahmed Muradaevich

Ramazanov Sultanahmed Muradaevich_x000D_ Rank: Sergeant military_x000D_ Branch: Artillery _x000D_ Unit: 2nd rifle division (2nd formation) _x000D_ _x000D_ My grandfather Ramazanov S.M. was born on January 10, 1916, in the village of Titel, Kurakhsky district of the Republic of Dagestan. I want to share a small description of my Grandfather from the words of my mother, that is, his daughter. My grandfather raised six children, three sons and three daughters, and my mother is the fourth child in a family that continued military service after serving 25 years in the Federal Security Service. My grandfather graduated from the Higher military intelligence school in St. Petersburg, served under Tsar Nicholas II with the rank of major._x000D_ My father was drafted into the army in 1938 and immediately got into the intelligence group, went through the war as a private. In 1939 and 1940, he participated in the Finnish war. _x000D_ Later he was sent to the 1st Ukrainian front. He fought on the Kursk bulge, crossed the Dnieper and was seriously wounded near Zhytomir. After the hospital, his left arm was completely amputated and at the end of 43 years he was discharged. I always remembered my father as honest, brave and strong!
