Guards Captain Fedor Dozortsev (1922-1992) was born in the village of Borki Vikulovskiy District.
Fedor Dozortsev was drafted into the Red Army in October 1941. He graduated from the Tallinn Infantry School in 1942.
With the 10th Guards Ural Volunteer Tank Corps he marched from Kursk to Berlin.
For the successful crossing of the Oder River by the battalion of Captain Dozortsev, to create a bridgehead on the outskirts of Berlin, on April 10, 1945, Fedor Dozortsev was awarded the title of the Hero of the Soviet Union.
