Type of troops: military veterinary staff. He was born in Novouzensk on July 26, 1913. At the age of 6, he went to school straight to the 3rd grade, as his sister taught him to write and count early. In 1930 he graduated from a secondary school with a pedagogical bias in Novouzensk. In 1931 he worked as a teacher at the Gorkorechensky state farm No. 11. In 1932 he studied at the Saratov Medical Institute, from where he left for family reasons at the end of November 1932. From December 1, 1932 to December 24, 1935 he studied at the Novouzensky Zoovet-Technical School, graduated from the veterinary department. From January 1 to December 1, 1936, he held the position of a veterinary technician at the Novouzensk collective farm No. 4 "Red Partisan", was recalled by the regional military registration and enlistment office. From April 1, 1937, he worked as a teacher in the village of Pogranichnoye, Novouzensky District, from where Novouzensky School District, from August 1, 1937, he was transferred to the Novouzenskaya School of the Deaf and Dumb, where he worked until October 23, 1939. In February 1938 he passed certification and received the title of primary school teacher. From June 15 to August 20, 1938 he studied at the Scientific and Practical Speech and Speech Institute in Leningrad - he passed the tests. From January 28, 1940 he worked in the city of Turkestan, Kazakh SSR in a secondary school as a teacher. Due to family circumstances, he was released from a secondary school in Turkestan at his own request on September 1, 1940. On August 30, 1941, Pyotr Yakovlevich was taken into the Soviet army. He served in a cavalry regiment in Inza, treating sick horses that were sent from the front. During the war he suffered from typhus. On December 15, 1945, he was demobilized. After the war, he began to work as a primary school teacher at school No. 8. In 1950 he entered the Saratov State Pedagogical Institute, and in 1955 he graduated from the full course of the named institute in absentia, specializing in history teacher. In total, he devoted more than 25 years to the work of a teacher. He is remembered as an easy-going person, gentle, but with a sense of dignity. He belonged to the generation that survived the war, to people who valued goodness and peace. He lived his quiet, calm life. He did not make enemies either at work or surrounded by neighbors, and that is why he was remembered by the students who have long become grandparents. The mentor of Pyotr Yakovlevich was life itself - strict, merciless to his generation, the generation of hungry childhood and defenders of the Motherland! Petr Yakovlevich Kholopov died on August 20, 1996 at the age of 83.
