Danilchenko Viktor Ivanovich Viktor Danilchenko was born on January 7, 1922 on the farm Mnogopolny (now defunct) of the former Aleksandrovsky village Council (now Krasnogvardeyskoye rural settlement, Kanevsky district of Krasnodar Krai) in a peasant family. He graduated from high school No. 5 in the village of Staroderevyankovskaya. In 1941, Danilchenko was called up to serve in the Workers 'and peasants' Red Army. During the repulse of the counterattack of German infantry and tank units, Danilchenko replaced the wounded company commander and liberated the village of omega (now in Sevastopol) in hand — to-hand combat. He died of wounds received in battle on may 2, 1944. He was buried in Sevastopol. By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on March 24, 1945, for" courage, bravery and heroism shown in the fight against the German invaders", guard Lieutenant Viktor Danilchenko was posthumously awarded the high title of Hero of the Soviet Union.
