Logacheva Anna Alekseevna
DATE OF BIRTH: 19.12.1913. DATE OF DEATH: - HISTORY: Logacheva Anna Alekseevna is a veteran of the Second World War, Second Lieutenant of the medical service. In June 1941, she lived with her first husband (his full name, unfortunately, is unknown), who was at that time the head of the border post, and two young children in Opochka, Pskov region. On July 8, 1941, Opochka was occupied by German-fascist troops and it was liberated only on July 15, 1944. Anna Alekseyevna served as a paramedic at the same border post as her husband. Her husband went to the front from the first day of the war, and on June 30 or July 1, she was called to the front. Throughout the war, Anna Alekseevna served as the chief of the sanitary railway echelon. She took out the wounded to the rear. During one of the bombings that hit their train, she unhooked a burning car from the train, which was hit by a shell. For the feat she was awarded of the medal "For Courage". Anna Alekseyevna said that in 1944, at the commandant of the Kazan railway station, she met her husband. It was their last meeting. She carried the wounded to the rear, and he carried the recruits to the front. She never saw him again... Her first husband was killed at the front, and two small children are still missing, because the train in which they were evacuated to the rear was bombed by the Germans. She's been looking for them all her life... Unfortunately, the house where the family of Anna Alexeevna lived after the war (Uryvkina, Pestrechinsky district of Tatar ASSR) burnt down. Most of all, Anna was worried about the burned front-line photos, and photos of her first family, husband, and children.
