This is where the war started for my grandfather. Grandfather did not like to remember all the horrors of the first minutes, hours, and days of the war. And you could understand who would want to remember how the first Nazi shells killed his roommate, how they had to jump out of the second floor, because everyone who tried to run out of the barracks through the front door was killed, how the first weapon in the first minutes of the war was a sapper's shovel, how they had to use it for the first time as a weapon, how his comrades and friends died. P. I. Buryakov fought on the Central, Western, and Kalinin fronts. The last place of service was the 303rd fighter anti-tank artillery regiment of the RGC, where he was a battery commander. Buryakov P. I. he was repeatedly wounded and concussed. He was seriously wounded near Moscow in 1941, and also in March 1943. Due to the severity of the last wound, after recovering in August 1943, my grandfather continued to serve in the red Army at the Pushkin Tank school as a teacher of topography. In August 1944, for health reasons, he was commissioned from the red Army with the rank of senior Lieutenant. The rest of his life was connected with teaching. He graduated from the Pedagogical University in Moscow and spent more than 30 years working as a drawing and drawing teacher and military instructor in schools in Moscow. Zvenigorod and the village of Yershovo in the Moscow region. P. I. Buryakov died on January 22, 1998 at the age of 82 after a long illness.
