My grandfather Mikhailov Fyodor Semenovich was born in 1908. In 1942 he was drafted by the Zolotovsky military registration and enlistment office. He died in 1942 in the Stavropol Territories during a battle on the battlefield. There was no way to bury him. Enemy tanks were advancing, and my grandfather's body remained under the wheels of the tank's tracks.
