Serenky Ivan Leontievich (1923 — 01.27.1944) left to fight in 1942 and served in the 6th Airborne Guards Rifle Regiment. Killed in action on January 27, 1944. Buried in the village Burki of the Mirgorodsky district of the Kirovograd region. His name was immortalized on the memorial plaque opened on August 1, 2016 in the village Orlovskoe, Marksovsky district, where among the 14 surnames of our fellow countrymen-paratroopers there is also the surname of our Serenky Ivan Leontievich
