Serenkiy Alexey Leontievich (1925-03.10.1943) was drafted by the Marx RVC of the Saratov region in 1943. He served on the 3rd Ukrainian Front in the 263rd Infantry Regiment. On September 12, 1943, without having fought for a year, Alexei was wounded, and on October 3, 1943, Alexei Leontyevich Serenky died in evacuation hospital No. 281, according to some documents "of wounds", according to others "of illness." He was initially buried at the city cemetery of Rossosh, Rossosh district, Voronezh region.
