Vlasov Vladimir Fedorovich Vlasov Vladimir Fedorovich was mobilized in March 1943 and sent to the 384th Reserve Regiment. After training, he was sent to the Kursk Bulge as part of the 343rd Rifle Regiment from Rossosh town, where he was wounded. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star, a medal "For the capture of Berlin".
