Egor G. Davydov, born in 1905, a native of the village of Shutino, Katai district, Chelyabinsk region (now Kurgan region), Red Army soldier. During the Great Patriotic War he passed a combat path in the 586th Rifle Regiment, 5th Guards Rifle Division. On December 30, 1941 Yegor Grigorievich Davydov was killed in the battle for Moscow. Burial place: Kaluga Region, Maloyaroslavets District, Vorobyovo village. This is the only photo of the grandfather in the family archive.
