P.I. Khudakov on June 22, 1941 with a parachute landing was thrown near Minsk, where he entered into a battle with the Nazis. When the Soviet units retreated, the paratroopers acted in the rear as partisans. In May 1942, after the hospital, the front again, the 20th motorized brigade of a separate battalion with a submachine gunner, liberated Moldova, Poland stormed Berlin. For the liberation of Donbass he received his first award - the medal "For Courage". Awarded: 2 Orders of the Red Star, Glory III degree, October Revolution, Patriotic War I degree, medals "For the liberation of Warsaw", "For the storming and capture of Berlin", "For the victory over Germany" and jubilee medals.
