Tsutsygin Alexander Leonovich was born in the village of Dobroe Pole, Khomutovsky district, Kursk region, before the start of the war he graduated from high school and a pedagogical school. On May 22, 1941 he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army, the place of conscription in the city of Voronezh. He went through the entire Great Patriotic War in anti-aircraft artillery, reaching Poland with battles. After the end of the war, he graduated from the Kursk Pedagogical Institute (1956) as a teacher of the Russian language and literature. On December 16, 1963, he was appointed director of Zheleznogorsk secondary school No. 4 (order No. 5-182), he worked in this position until 1980. Today, the school employs people who began their pedagogical path with Alexander Leonovich. Under the first director, a physical education teacher E.D. Golubchikov worked, who said that he treated him with great respect, because Alexander Leonovich was a front-line soldier, distinguished by wisdom and tact. Mathematics teacher Svetlana Alekseevna Ryabtseva noted that the distinctive feature of the first director was his respectful attitude towards people - both to teachers and to all students. Also, a graduate of school No. 4 in 1977, Olga Gennadievna Dolina, added her childhood impressions to the portrait of the first director, saying that he caused a feeling of calmness, reliability, and confidence. A graduate of our school is the son of Alexander Leonovich - Vladimir Alexandrovich (anesthesiologist of the city maternity hospital). When asked how he felt at the school run by his father, Vladimir Alexandrovich replied that he was not given any favors.
