Dudenkov, working as a castle guard, having well studied his skills, without any delay fired at the accumulation of enemy infantry and enemy tanks that were preparing for a counterattack, as a result of which the enemy infantry was dispersed and partially destroyed. On April 16, 1945, in the Sachsendorf area, two 105 mm enemy batteries were destroyed by his gun fire, and an 81 mm mortar battery and two artillery batteries were suppressed West of Dolgelin, which enabled our advancing units to occupy the height.
