He graduated from 7 classes and the FZU school at Khilok station. In 1936 – 1939, he served in the red Army. Participant in the battles on the Khalkhin-Gol river in 1939. He fought on the Kalinin and 1st Baltic fronts. The entire combat path was taken by the driver of the BM-13 (Katyusha) combat vehicle of the 394th guards mortar division of the 99th guards mortar regiment. Member of the all-Union Communist party of the Bolsheviks/ Communist party of the Soviet Union since 1943. From November 28, 1942, in combat during the 2nd Rzhev-Sychevskaya operation (operation Mars») Junior Sergeant Perov of the Kalinin front guard performed an excellent combat mission. Moving to new firing positions despite the off-road and snow drifts under enemy fire delivered the combat vehicle without delay, just in time. Volleys of his combat vehicle repulsed several counterattacks, destroyed several machine-gun points, two guns. After the war, the brave soldier was demobilized. He lived in the city of Zima, then in the city of Sayansk, Irkutsk region. He died on February 27, 1986.
