Pyotr Semyonovich Musalitin was born on July 25, 1913 in the town of Irmino, Voroshilovgrad region of the Ukrainian SSR. Musalitin Pyotr Semyonovich was a Sergeant in the reserve of the first category of the VUS No. 121. _x000D_
Pyotr Semyonovich (my grandfather), worked on the railway as an assistant locomotive driver in the locomotive depot of the station Kirovo-Ukrainskaya, Odessa railway. When the war came, he was called up for mobilization by the Kirovograd GVK-06.1941. He served on the railroad all his life at first on conscription of military service and after the war as a civilian. He was a medical orderly and assistant engineer. He was part of 80 Chemical Regiment as a medical orderly with the Garrison hospital of the city of Stalingrad for the period 06.1941 for 12.1941. From 12.1941 to 04.1942 20 he was wounded and treated in hospital. From 04.1942 to 10.1942 he was a motorcycle rifle brigade orderly medic._x000D_
He was dismissed to the reserve 14.10.1942 basis of the GKO resolution No. 1765 _x000D_
From 31.10.1942 to 22.07.1944 he was an Assistant locomotive driverin the Locomotive depot of Saratov, Ryazan-Ural railway. Since 02.09.1944 he had been hired as an assistant locomotive driverin the locomotive depot of the station Kirovo-Ukrainskoe, Odessa railway._x000D_
My grandfather was a Communist. He was awarded various prizes, diplomas, trips to sanatoriums. He was respected and loved by his colleagues and friends. He had 5 children. _x000D_
Pyotr Semyonovich died at the age of 65, in 1979. We remember him and love him! _x000D_
