Alexander Proskuryakov

Veteran of the war with Germany and Japan from 1941 to 3.09.1945. Served in the 137th Guards Kirovograd Amur Double Red Banner Order of Kutuzov Heavy Tank and Self-propelled Guns Regiment. He commanded units of the Soviet Army. He finished the war in Port Arthur in the 390th Guards Self-propelled Artillery Regiment of the 5th Guards Tank Corps of the 6th Guards Tank Army. Lieutenant Colonel. Awarded orders of Lenin, Red Banner (twice), Red Star, Badge of Honor; medals For Military Merit, For the Defense of Stalingrad, For the Liberation of Prague, For the Victory over Germany, For the Victory over Japan and others.
