Born in 1905 in Belarus, Novoprudye village. On 23 June 1941 he was drafted to the front. He fought in the 316th guard rifle regiment of the 102nd guard rifle division of the 2nd Belorussian Front. Throughout the war he was in the rank of a Red Army soldier, a shooter of the commandant’s platoon. Met the victory in Konigsberg. Received two medals: "For Courage" and "For the Defense of the Soviet Arctic." He finished his combat path on August 10, 1945 in the Far East.
