Makarov Yakov Naumovich. Makarov was born in 1914. In 1936 he was taken to the Finnish War. He returned from the Finnish War in 1940. In 1941 he went to war with Nazi invaders. He was an artilleryman, reached Berlin, right up to the Reichstag walls. He was badly wounded in the head. In 1945 he was sent with a train to war with the Japanese. He did not return from the Japanese War until 1947. He was awarded orders and medals for bravery. After three wars, he worked as the head of a cattle farm in his small homeland. He died in 1955.
