My great-grandfather, Kozin Mikhail Filippovich (right) was born in 1918 in the Volodarsky district of the Oryol region. At the age of 20 he was drafted into the Red Army (from 10.1938). Place of call: Volodarsky regional military cpmissariat, Oryol region, Volodarsky district. Place of service: Guards Rifle Regiment No.77, Guards Rifle Division No.26. Rank: Private. During his service he accomplished two feats: 10/16/1944 and 10/19/1944. He was awarded of the Order of Glory 3rd class. (On the photo he is with his fellow soldier)
