Alexey Sergeevich Chekhmanov was born on May 3, 1920 in Naumkino village, Shemysheisky district, Penza region. Full Cavalier of the Order of Glory. He was awarded of two Orders of the Red Star. Alexei Sergeevich Chekhmanov began to defend the Motherland at 4 o'clock on June 22, 1941, at the hour and day of the greatest battle of the Soviet people with the German fascist invaders. Died in 08/28/1982. Buried in the Naumkino village.
